Rebalancing – Chakra Yoga Workshop

Four dates for the seven main Chakras. Designed to know yourself deeper, to step into the energy centres situated in the subtle body and working on them, unblocking those that bring discomfort in daily life.

When:

• Saturday 3rd August 2019: Muladhara & Svadhisthana
• Sunday 4th August 2019: Manipura & Anahata
• Saturday 10th August 2019: Vishudda & Ajna
• Sunday 11th August 2019: Balancing Chakra Flow & Sahasrara

Every class start at 9:00 till noon, with 15min break at 10:15. Herbal tea will be served complimentary.

Balancing chakras, or learning how to unblock the chakras, can be approached in a wide range of ways. In this workshop we’ll practice specific asanas, mantras and meditation.

Where:

In San Pa Tong, 30 km outside the city of Chiang Mai, in the countryside surrounded by nature.

Learning how to unblock chakras begins with learning why they might get blocked. A block in any of the 7 chakras can manifest in physical illness associated with that area. It is typically associated with some kind of personal or psychological difficulty.

A small introduction about each Chakra will be given before starting the practice.
