
My Anusaranga Yoga class, which mixes Anusara & Ashtanga, learned from Kru Dutchi, works on asanas to cultivate concentration and inner essence.
During the practice you will learn to synchronize the breath to a series of poses, because it is important to study the different techniques of breathing with awareness.
The lesson is divided into three parts: Pranayama, yoga practice and meditation.
Before saying goodbye we will also have time to discuss the practice while drinking a homemade tea.
My one-and-a-half or three-hour private lessons, which take place in San Pa Tong (Chiang Mai), can be customized according to the level of the participants.
For those who are far away, I offer the possibility of multimedia courses done through Skype, Youtube video, audio and text.
Classes are available in English and Italian.
